High Pressure Physics Diamond anvil cell is a specialize tech in physics field. It isn’t a tech but also an art makes us obtained new or inherently increasing material properties at hydrostatic high-pressure environment. The materials below are the research we interested. Nano Thin Film / Wire / Ribbon Growth Method We also dedicate to grow samples with SVS (Solid Vapor Solis) deposition Method and ALD(atomic layer deposition). Our intent is generate the topological insulator in Field effect transistor to avoid the leakage current damage chips or electrical appliances. |
Raman Spectrum Analysis A spectroscopic technique typically used to determine vibrational modes of molecules, although rotational and other low-frequency modes of systems may also be observed. Raman spectroscopy is commonly used in chemistry to provide a structural fingerprint by which molecules can be identified. In our research, we study the material vibration modes at high pressure with diamond anvil cell. |
